but depending on which you are looking for hydramaster calls it a cover/lid and the part numbers are usually in the manual

I'd use a hole saw* or nibblers



*the round type or "sheet metal hole cutter" that is adjustable

I used a Multi-tool with a metal blade and some earplugs to cut through the floor of the van.. Rather easy once it got started..
