Trying to get some ideas for a tile and color seal ad

I was thinking about not even mentioning carpet cleaning. I may do a mixed service ad, but consumers see so many carpet cleaning ads.

I want it to focus on tile mostly.

Anyways I need some ideas for headline, catchy phrases, and selling points.

I want there to be the least amount of text possible.

Also if you have a good before and after of a shower that could be helpful.
