May 6, 2013 #2 R Ron Lippold Guest Sam you could demo a small area, cold water and a neutral cleaner white or green pad, light scrub, if it does not peel put two coats of finish. The second picture scares me. Might be a total re finish, 4.00-6.50 a sq foot. Reactions: Jason del Norte
