Rubber marks

One of my customers just got new furniture and the movers left her a present all the way up the stairs, rubber marks.
Nylon carpet. Will this come out with normal cleaning or get out Odins special bar of soap

A little d'lemonine (citrus solvent) in your prespray should do it.

Hopefully they didn't slide something down the stairs and leave a friction burn.

If it is not a friction burn it will come out.My guys put rubber from a vac belt in a carpet and I took it out with Vacaway Hel-Gel.
