The factory that I just cleaned tile and grout has 3 football fields size of concrete that they're wanting me to bid on.

I have no knowledge or equipment.

Can I learn to do it in a short amount of time, and is it worth investing in the equipment to do that size, or should I call Jondon and ask them if I can rent it?

What about pricing? Can someone give me a range of how to price a job this big?

You're talking about $50+ worth of equipment plus tooling, and jumping in with a job this size can quickly go south. Concrete is a whole other animal

Matt, are they wanting it just cleaned, or something more?

It needs polished to a mirror like shine. Ok, maybe not a mirror like shine, but something nice and glossy. It's too much for me to jump in. I need to learn how to do someone's basement before I jump on a job like this

Yep. That sort of acreage needs a trained team of workers with all the stuff.

I have mixed dyes into concrete sealer and have had good results, cheaper than grinding
