I am experimenting with different products to see what will clean without bleach or high pressure. This one is Jomax brand "Spray Once."

Have you used similar stuff, like "Wet and Forget" or other brands?
I'd like to offer a treatment for moss, lichen, algae and mildew stain that does not corrode or etch even limestone.

The Jomax I used years ago had to be mixed with bleach

I would think you could spray Bactibarrier on it after its been cleaned to add another level of residual protection. It should extend the time between it growning back.

Its designed to continue killing over time. Would be a great add-on.

Roofers use some type of zinc sulfate or something like that.

Go to a pressure washer place and get some soft wash for alega and mold, works pretty fast.

Many videos on YouTube.

Michael, it seems like most are sodium hyperchlorite or sodium hydroxides.

I am very eager to find a product that can be reliably sprayed, then billed for without worrying about damage.
