It is special if the owner like it. It is not of unusual value. Appears to be rather coarse wool. The knot count is not high.

Nope. Indian factory made. There are thousands of these floating around. If your customer likes it the rug is worth what they paid. It has little resale value due to dated style, animal stains, dyebleed.
