A VERY famous celebrity once called on a new and ambitious rug plant owner from a west coast city who advertised "free pick up and delivery to your home" and had them pick up a very large rug to clean; so large that they had to rent a bigger truck and send four men to carry it.

Upon completion, the delivered it back....but were told: "Your ad said free pick up and delivery to my home. This isn't my home; I live in (Midwest city name withheld). I expect you to deliver it THERE!"

Long story short, it cost them 3000.00 to crate up the rug and send it to that individual's home.

The celebrity then used the company several times afterward when they needed cleaning done in their west coast vacation place, and as I was told, more than made up for the cost.

Still, it was a terrible thing to do, and I lost what little respect I had for that individual (the celebrity).

Probably not residential but there is a need in commercial duct cleaning.
Never really liked my laundromat shut down for a half day during duct cleaning.

And no, we do not have a travel charge. We do have higher minimums for customers who are not in our normal service area though.
