Depends on if you vacuumed first.
After learning how to run the rx20 properly yes properly as there was know training that you got I learned that by slowing down and letting it do its thing by watching the return dirty water re turning in sight tube when it ran clear then I would move on then also when you take your time and in joy your work other things happen like what the neighbor is watching and waiting to see how the job turned out because when she had hers last done they were in and out in 1hr10 minutes so my referrals went way up less advertising cost

Is that a ripple on the carpet near the wall
I don’t know. Looks like it. This isn’t one of my jobs. It’s a picture some cleaner posted on FB showing his work. I asked him if he used a CBM on it, not that I couldn’t tell without asking, but because I wanted to drop that little bomb on his thread. He said yes without even thinking. Just look at the corn rows. You see that on all cut piles that are crb’d or OP’d.

How about a drag wand with a heater?
On the dry pass you are drying the carpet instead of a whole other operation that fans can do.

I've used cylindrical brush machines since the early eighties. They were always approved by the CRI and other organizations. The CRB's are a little different as they are counter rotating brush machines.
