Google Review link

so I want to send customers a text after finishing a job with a link to leave a Google Review. I copied and pasted the link to an email on my laptop. Then went on my Iphone and clicked on the link in the email and .... nothing. I tried both Firefox and Internet explorer links. If I click on the link on my laptop it works just fine.

What am I doing wrong?
