Looks interesting. I did just install that style of hose cuffs. Looks like the swivel Is built into one side of the cuff? Or threads into it. I guess the million dollar question is how much does it leak?

You could go to home depot, have 12 people ask you if they can help you, and then not know where what you are looking for is. But they can look it up online for you!
Then you can go to checkout and wait inline for 15 min.
