I think it is sold as a start up package which includes training and support afterwards. Like a franchise, but no percentage of sales. There are lots of packages like these for sale but, most have a trailer/tm instead of portable and are 10-20k depending on condition.

I really want to increase my hard surface business but, not sure the giant portable would be too fun.

What hard surface wands/tools are best for cleaning tile/grout and maybe concrete?

If he would cut the price in half, I'd buy it. I will be getting the tile tools, but with a TM.
