From what is have seen here this no name wand is not going to flow CFm at all. In fact it appears to be just some blocks of aluminum.

what if you took a pc of drainage pipe say 1.5 ft in dia. and made a bottom for it and then a top with some kind of locking clamp that you could tape over to make sure no one opens it.
