Seems like the vinegar and baking soda would neutralize each other and you would end up with a little dish soap in water. And a nice pleasant vinegar smell.....

This was an internet prank. Mix vinegar, baking soda & soap and you end up with a big foamy mess. Can't believe it has been around the net as long as it has. I guess it sounds like good old "natural" ingredients, but come on, you can get a quart of half way decent DIY cleaner at Walmart for under $5 that will do better than vinegar OR baking soda.
